A collection of 360-degree Images, videos, and timelapse pictures of the Philippines

In this blog you'll find 360x180 degree panoramas of places in the Philippines. A 360x180 'pano' is made up of around 16-26 individual fisheye photos which are then stitched together using special software. Use the search engine below to find specifics, or look up the index which is arranged geographically. Click on the broken square box in the top right of each picture to open in full screen mode and then drag the images to view in virtual reality!

Timelapse videos are also being added, as are aerial shots including fly-overs taken from a drone. Enjoy!

St. John the Baptist Church in San Juan / Cabalian, Southern Leyte

In 1961, Republic Act 3088 changed the name Cabalian to San Juan. However, the town is still known as Cabalian. The name simply refuses to disappear on maps, telecommunication directories and in most people's minds. St. John de Baptist, built in 1892 by the Jesuit in San Juan (Cabalian), Southern Leyte is one of the seven stone churches in the Diocese of Maasin included for the Sinugdan Quincentinnial Pilgrim Tour. This stone church features a tunnel connecting to the “kumbento”, and another tunnel that leads to the municipal hall, then to the ocean.
